The objective of the 'Stillness in Breath' Campaign is to promote the numerous and vital benefits of regular meditative practise and the importance of breathing to everyone whether in your home with you and/or your family or even at your workplace.
Whether it is for the purpose of self reflection and increased intrinsic awareness or just stress relief and good health, meditations has benefits for everyone including young children.
- Meditation in Your Home
Classes can be arranged to be held in the comfort of your home where you can choose to participate on your own or as part of a group with your friends and family. ***Price starts from £70 per session (for one to one). Group sessions are also available to arrange. Classes usually last up to 70mins and can vary depending on location and number of people.
- Are you an Organisation or Business?
Interactive Meditation and Intuitive Workshops can be arranged on request at your place of work for you and your employees. Research has shown that with only 10 to 15 minutes of meditation each day, employees can be much more productive and promote much safer workplaces.
